Estimated delivery time for orders shipped via USPS is 7 to 14 days depending on the delivery address. Estimated delivery time for orders shipped via ground carrier (UPS or FedEx) is 5 to 10 days.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You may return new, un-used items sold by Challenge Yourself Now within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise purchased. Apparel that has been worn and/or laundered is not eligible for a refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please call us toll free at (877) 506-4552 and we will guide you through the process. You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Due to the process by which Challenge Yourself Now processes orders, shipped within one business day, the cancellation of an order must occur the same day the order is placed.
